hola tengo el mismo problema ya probe todo pase ad-aware, spyboot

hijackthis, quite restaurar sistema inicie a modo prueba fallos segui todos

los pasos de tutorial spyware y sigue secuestrada mi pagina de inicio :?

ya no se que hacer vueve a salir coolwwwsearch cada que paso aware,spyboot los borra y vueven ...... ayuda ¡¡

Puedes copiar estas instrucciones en por ej. blok de notas para que te sirvan de referencia y no puedas abrir Internet ( es fundamental que al ejecutar el Hijack This no abras ninguna aplicación ).



Haz que se vean todos los archivos

Arranca en Modo Seguro y deshabilita Restaurar sistema

Ver arriba

Lanza el Hijack y dale a Fix a las siguientes :

Reinicia Normal y baja este programa :

BUSCAREG.EXE: BUSCA UNA CADENA EN EL REGISTRO Y PINCHANDO ENCIMA DE LAS ENCONTRADAS PERMITE BORRARLAS MUY FACILMENTE. ADEMAS CREA FICHERO EXPORTACION DEL REGISTRO POR SI SE NECESITA VOLVER ATRAS:

Pon esta entrada para que la busque y la elimine :

C:\WINDOWS\dpe.dll

Borra Archivos Temporales de Internet,cookies,historial,contenido de carpeta Temp y vacía la Papelera.

Arranca normal y cuenta cómo te fue ( si no se arregló envía un nuevo log ).

ok me sigue cambiando la pagina de inicio ... creo que ya se cual es el problema ... es que tengo 4 usuarios al iniciar en modo a prueba de fallos

me sale solo el administrador y otro usuario que no es el que tiene virus que hago elimino mi cuenta y vuevo a crear otra??? o como are para que aparesca la mia en prueba de fallos

No tengo Xp, pero pienso que tendrás que entrar por cada usuario y efectuar la limpieza en todas las cuentas. Igual alguien que use el XP te podrá contestar con justeza.
