espero y me´puedan ayudar con este problema.



en una de mis maquinas al encenderla me aparance los siqguientes mensajes que no me dejan entrar a mi pc.



Kernell.dll provoco un error en User.exe y se cerrara

y el doy en el boton cerrar y despues aparece el siguiente mensaje

Ptsnoop provoco un error en IPHLPAPI.DLL y cerrara y cuando le doy en botn cerrar se queda ahi la pantalla en el fodo de mi Pc. en el fondo del escritotio pero no muestra nada.

solo entra si reseteo la maquina 5 06 veces para que me deje entrar.



no se si sedeba a un virus.



tambien tengo una pagina de inicio que no puedo quitar y es SEARCH FOR...

Ya pase el CWShredder y si la detecta y la elimina pero cuando entro de nuevo a internet en unos 2 minutos la vuelve a mostrar.



ya intente con la utilidad EliStarA y no encuentra nada.



ya pase el norton antivirus actualizado AVG y el escaneador online Panda y solo encontro el virus Wintrim.



tambien pase el Spybot



espero y me puedan ayudar

tengo el Windows Me.

Utiliza estos programas, y no olvides que para la limpieza en W ME y WXP

deberas desshabilitar la opcion rstaurar sistema.

Pasos a seguir una ver descargados es instalarlos, actualizados (update) y escanear el sistema

Una vez limpio, instala este programa que te evitara que se vuelvan a instalar.

Habiendo sido detectado el wintrim, lance el ELISIMCA.EXE para restaurar claves de registro, aunque ya lo hubiera eliminado.



Y vea de indicar exactamente el error. No puede ser KERNELL.DLL, seguramente es Kernel32.DLL , y es importante precisar la informacion dada cuando se trata de buscar referencias de lo indicado



Ya nos dirá si entre lo indicado por Maura73 y el ELISIMCA, se lo han arreglado

si es el Kernel32.dll

la pagina de inicion ya la pude eliminar tambien el mensaje de Kernel32.dll tambien desaparecio el que se sigue mostrando al encender la Pc es el de Ptsnoop provoco un error en IPHLPAPI.dll.

Tras ejecutar el ELISCA.EXE, reinicia y mira si te sigue saliendo el error.



Lo indicado por Caito, si bien se agradece, corresponde a virus poco probables, de los cuales apenas ha habido incidencias.



El fichero PTSNOOP:EXE es originalmente un driver de modem, por lo que su existencia no tiene porqué corresponder necesariamente a virus .



Mas probable es el error de windows, tipificado en la base de conocimientos de microsoft, especialmente cuando esta máquina equipa windows Me:

SYMPTOMS

When you run a 16-bit Windows Sockets-based program on your Windows Millennium Edition-based computer, you may receive the following error message when the program makes a call to the Winsock connect() function:



"program name" has caused an error in IPHLPAPI.DLL.

"program name" will now close.

Note that you may receive the preceding error message even though the 16-bit Windows Sockets-based program works correctly on all other Windows operating systems.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because the Internet Protocol Helper API component (Iphlpapi.dll) was rebuilt for Windows Millennium Edition (Me) with transport capabilities that contain a definition that resulted in a stack overflow condition.



The TDI interface allows for transport drivers that are independent of the network card.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
