como hago para eliminar este virus patchbuster.exe

cada ves que abro una ventana del messenger me aparece automaticamente esta direccion http://<interceptado>patchbuster.exe y me tiene loco no se que hacer alguien me puede decir como hacerlo,se que tiene solucion ayudenme por favor
