Problemas con Internet Explorer (solucionado)

Hola

Cuando abro una ventana de Internet explorer tengo un mensaje que dice: Microsoft Internet Explorer ha detectado un problema y debe cerrarse.

y en firma del error dice: AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: elitetoolbar version 53.dll

ModVer: 1.0.0.53 Offset: 0000da46



No se que debo hacer.

Si tienes XP o ME antes que nada debes deshabilitar Restaurar sistema, luego arranca en modo Seguro y pasa :

antivirus on line y algún programa antispy.

No es un virus es un Adware.

1. ya corri el AdAware y el SpyBot actualizado, pero no se si debo borrar todo lo que reporta o solo algunas cosas. Me da miedo borrar algo importante.

A good thing to do after version updates is clear your Ignore list and re-add them, as the format of detected items sometimes changes.

Antes que nada ve a Inicio,Ejecutar,escribe regedit, eso te llevará al Registro, haz una copia : exportar archivo del Registro (seleccionar Todo )

(Por si las moscas...)



Asegúrate que tu sistema operativo muestre los archivos y carpetas ocultos:

Haga clic en Mi PC.

Haga clic en el menú Herramientas, y después en Opciones de carpeta.

Haga clic en la pestaña Ver.

Quite la marca en "Ocultar extensiones de archivo para tipos de archivo conocidos".

En la carpeta "Archivos ocultos" seleccione "Mostrar archivos y carpetas ocultos".

Quite la marca en "Ocultar archivos protegidos del sistema operativo".

Haga clic en Aplicar, y después en Aceptar.

reinicie el sistema en Modo Seguro:

Para utilizar el método F8

Si está trabajando la computadora, cierre Windows, y después apáguela.

Espere 30 segundos y después reinicie la computadora.

Cuando vea la barra Iniciando Windows en blanco y negro en la parte inferior de la pantalla, presione la tecla F8.

Aparecerá el Menú de opciones avanzadas de Windows 2000.

Asegúrese de que la opción Modo a prueba de fallos esté seleccionada. En la mayoría de los casos, es el primer elemento que aparece en la lista y está seleccionada por predeterminación. (Si no está seleccionado, utilice las flechas de su teclado para hacerlo.)

Presione Intro. El equipo iniciará en Modo a prueba de fallos. Este proceso podría tomar unos minutos.

Cuando haya solucionado su problema, cierre todos los programas y reinicie la computadora, de la manera normal que lo haría.

Entra al administrador de tareas: <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Supr> y termina cualquiera de los siguientes procesos si existen:

C:\Archivos de programa\Archivos comunes\GMT\GMT.exe

Ejecuta el HijackThis.



Cierra todos los navegadores, tanto los navegadores Web como el Explorador de Windows



Corre el HijackThis, dale a Scan , cheka las casillas de las siguientes entradas(las que todavía estén presentes) y dale a fix:

Cierra el HijackThis, elimina los archivos temporales y cookies(ojo, no solamente los archivos temporales de Internet sino también los de sistema).

Elimina si todavía existe :

Reinicia normal y cuenta si se solucionó.
