Hola Palomo.



Creo que tienes el AVG dañado o caducado. Y tampoco te funciona el firewall, que supongo que será del AVG.



Activa el firewall de Windows, y comprueba si tu antivirus actualiza. Si tienes XP SP2, vete al centro de seguridad (panel de control) y comprueba ambas cosas.
