ayuda, virus me inabilito norton 2004 y ejecutables

Ayer me entro un virus que me desinstalo en norton 2004 y no lo puedo reinstalar, ademas, no me deja abrir ningun ejecutable..... quien me pueda ayudar.... bienvenido

Tras ello vea si puede ejecutar EXES



Luego arranque en modo seguro con funciones de red y lance un antivirus ONLINE, y elimine los virus que encuentre

Intentare hacer lo que me dices, sin embargo, ya he corrido varios antivirus en linea, entre ellos el panda, el pc cilin y el symantec y apenas pilla el virus se bloquean y se cierran

Ejecute el ELIRESTR.VBS y salen multiples mensajes de error y se queda bloqueado.... que debo hacer?

Si arrancando en modo seguro con funciones de red se le bloquean los antivirus ONLINE, no es problema de virus, y debe revisar hatdfware, nenorias, temperatira de CPU (ventiladores), etc
