Internet Explorer problemas

Hola,

me han recomendado su pagina y he decidido probar, porque ya estoy desesperada. Hace unos dias me aparecio un archivo ntuser.dat

intente eliminarlo con unloker y el sistema se me destabilizo. Tenia que hacer reparar windows con restaurar sistema y mas o menos desde entonces el internet explorer se inicia solo, comenzaron aparecerme ventanas de publicidad del Internet Explorer sin tener la aplicación abierta y no se que hacer.En las paginas abajo a la derecha donde pone Internet modo protegido sale desactivado y en las paginas que abro yo pone activado ¿Me podeis ayudar? Pues vemos que se trata de un sistema operativo VISTA, que no soportamos en este foro...



Y solo por comentar posibles causas víricas, vemos que usa BitComet (P2P) que es un foco de introduccion de troyanos,(por lo que aconsejamos desinstalar, de los cuales estos dos ficheros podrían ser la muestra:

Hola a todos:



Tengo un problemón (supongo q eso no es nada nuevo por estos foros xD) que no sé cómo solucionar porque he leído tantos foros y me he bajado tantos programas recomendados que ya no sé ni lo que hago xD.



Hoy, al iniciar mi Windows Vista, me ha salido un mensaje de error de RunDLL: C:\Windos\System32\sshnas21.dll



Leyendo foros me he encontrado con que es un troyano que puede eliminarse con programas como CCleaner o SuperAntispyware... pero aún no tengo claro el proceso. Tengo ambos programas y cuando analizo con ellos me dan resultados de que mi ordenador contiene troyanos, pero como están por ciertos archivos de Windows me da cierto miedillo desinfectarlos/limpiarlos/eliminarlos (según cada programa) por si fastidio más el sistema aún...



¿Podríais ayudarme?

Llevo medio día buscando el archivo y no aparece. El caso es que yo uso Firefox y hace unos meses que desinstalé IE, pero al parecer quedó algo del registro que he eliminado hace un rato con el CCleaner. Y ha desaparecido :shock: o por lo menos ya no me ha vuelto a salir ese mensaje de error...



¿Puede ser que el CCleaner, el SuperAntispyware y el AntiTrojanElite que tengo instalados lo hayan eliminado?

Puede usar el navegador que quiera, pero si usa windows, necesita el I.E. para que vaya actualizando los parches que van saliendo para su sistema operativo, y sobre todo el VISTA... al que no damos soporte, pero le diré que sin parches, que no sabemos si le faltan, es muy vulnerable.



Aunque aparentemente puede haber quedado "Limpio" por ahora, posteenos el informe que genera el SPROCES, ya que con el HJT no se ven muchas claves que convienen, como decimos en:

Y reinstale el I.E., al menos para instalar parches, y lance un windowsupdate por si ya le faltaran algunos, como tememos.



Y de las utilidades que nos hablas, no son las que usamos o recomendamos en este foro, pero claro que algo debieron hacer ... , claro :)
