Cuando intento actualizar el norton internet security (y norton antivirus), live update no es capaz de conectarse a internet poniendo el siguiente mensaje:
Initializing...
Connecting to ...
Downloading catalog file (0 of 1), not available.
Unable to connect to host
LU1814: LiveUpdate could not retrieve the catalog file of available Symantec product and component updates. Please verify that you are able to connect to the Internet and run LiveUpdate again.
LiveUpdate session is complete.
Tengo conexión a internet ADSL con Router y me funciona perfectamente por lo que al final he de actualizarlo desde la WEB.
¿Alquien me podría decir como solucionar este problema?
