hola amigos...
gracias por las soluciones con el ISTbar... el jodido no se quería ir.. el antivir pers.ed. lo detectaba cada dos por tres pero desde protección continua ya que yo no podía abrir el antivirus desde su icono porq me decía que tenía el istbar y seguidamente se cerraba. Inicie en prueba de fallos y el ad-aware lo eliminó pero mientras se pasaba el ad-aware el antivirus saltó con el istbar,sin embargo cuando iba a pasar el antivirus en prueba de fallos no me dejó y ponia..
"the CRC sum of C:\archivos de progrma\avpersonal\avwin.dll has been changed. shutting down antivir."
porq no puedo iniciar el antivirus?? el solucionado lo del istbar?

y eso no puede ser. Si has arrancado en modo seguro, el antivirus no está residente y no puede saltar ni pasando el ad_aware ni nada. Recuerda como se arranca em ,odo seguro, pues ogual no lo haces bien:

pues así ha sido amigo.. inicié en prueba de fallos, pasé el ad-aware sp y no me detectó nada pero de repente saltó el antivir con el istbar, lo hizo desde la protección permanente ya que no puedo abrir el antivirus de ninguna manera solo me salta cuando hay algo.
he hecho lo que me ha dicho Maura y el registro on-line no ha detectado absolutamente nada, sin embargo a vuelto a saltar el antivir cuando se estaba pasando el otro on line, ha salido desde la proteccion permanente con "Bumble".. lo he eliminado.. pero sigo sin poder abrir el antivirus. supuestamante el sistema está limpio.. o no?

Pues no, no se acepta que fuera el antivirus residente el que le informara cuando pasana el AD_AWARE, al no poder estar resodente en modo seguro, así que lo que pudo ser es otro adware que le diera este mensaje, por lo que, no, no está limpio.
Revise de nuevo lo que hizo, vea de quien es el mensaje que le alerta del istbar, y obre en consecuencia, pero asegurese de cerrar el equipo, arrancar pulsando F8 repetidamente, escoger arrancar en modo seguro, y lanzar así el AD_AWARE.

Revise de nuevo lo que hizo, vea de quien es el mensaje que le alerta del istbar, y obre en consecuencia, pero asegurese de cerrar el equipo, arrancar pulsando F8 repetidamente, escoger arrancar en modo seguro, y lanzar así el AD_AWARE.

hola msc!
he hecho lo que me dijiste...inicié a prueba de errores, modo seguro. está vez quise pasar 1º el antivirus pero no me abrió:
"the CRC sum of C:\archivos de programa\avpersonal\AVWIN.DLL has been changed shutting down antivir"
no me deja abrilo de ninguna manera.. pasé el ad-aware y todo bien.. no me detecta nada, ni istbar ni nada, y el antivirus ya no me salta, pero una cosa como puedo abrir el antivirus?
cuendo terminó el ad-aware me aparecen 9 componentes que no se que son porq el scaneo fue bien y nose que significan. Ahí va el log
