Problemas con windows me

Hola, tengo windows me y si bien me carga el SO, se proboca un error con CMDNINST y de allí no llego al escritorio. Tampoco puedo entrar en modo seguro y no sé como activarlo sin entrar a windows si alguien sabe como hacerlo en el arranque agradeceré me pudieran ayudar con el tema. :roll:

Al ser un sistema ya obsoleto, recurrimos al historico de microsoft al respectp, encontrando esta informacion:
