Para soporte de dicho producto debes acudir a los servicios tecnicos de McAfee o al distribuidor donde hayais adquirido la licencia de uso, pero sugiero veas el README (ePO 3.50):

pero no podemos ofrecer soporte a lo indicado por chocar con los servicios de quienes somos mayoristas...
