salen ventanas de messenger service (SOLUCIONADO)

Wolax, tengo un problema en mi pc y es que cuando estoy conectado a internet me salen unas ventanas del Messenger Service que dicen windows has found 55 critical system errors y me piden que descarge un programa, lo ejecute y luego reinicie mi pc, los progs k me pide que descarge son de las sigts. paginas. http://www.registrycleanerxp.com, http://www.regproscan.com, http://www.regfixit.com, http://www.win32fix.com y otras mas.

Ademas de estas molestas ventanas si estoy mucho tiempo conectado la pc se para por un momento y cambia la apariencia y no me deja desconectarme, pero tampoco la coneccion a internet sirve, otro problema es k sale una ventana indicando k la pc sera reiniciada en 30 segundos y luego se reinicia.

Ya no se k hacer tengo McAffe antivirus y algunos antispywere y he utilizado varios en linea y no me detectan nada, ademas utilice el regseeker, el disk cleaner y el ccleaner y nada.

Le faltan todos los parches del SP2 y posteriores. lance un windowsupdate !

Tras probarlo, reiniciar y postearnos el contenido de C:\infosat.txt para ver el resultado del proceso

grax por la ayuda pero el elistara se congelaba iniciando y no me trabajo y lo k hice fue restaurar el sistema alrededor de 3 semanas atras, aunk perdi algunos programas, se resolvio el problema y de inmediato instale el service pack 2.
