Acá tienes las herramientas para comenzar a limpiar tu pc :



No dices qué SO tienes pero si es WME o XP antes de pasar los antispy debes deshabilitar Restaurar Sistema y conviene hacerlo en Modo Seguro.

Primero pasa el AdAware Se y luego el SpyBotSearch & Destroy.

Luego el antivirus on line y despues el Spiware Blaster.

Recuerda de borrar Historial,cookies y Archivos Temporales de Internet.

Cuenta cómo te fue.

Hola, colilla, parece ser que en este otro post (https://foros.zonavirus.com/viewtopic.php?t=2505) te brindaban ayuda acerca de este mismo problema, si es una respuesta a dicho post deberias hacerlo dentro del mismo post.



Ahora, como te mencionaba flacoroo, si tienes Win XP o Me, tienes que deshabilitar restaurar sistema, con esa opcion deshabilitada, los virus que detecta dentro de system volume information se pierden ya que eso es parte de los archivos para restaurar sistema, una vez que termines de limpiar la PC(para esto de limpiar la PC tambien mencionaba flacoroo que lo hicieras en modo a prueba de fallos para una mejor limpieza), al volver a activar restaurar sistema ya no habra virus en esa carpeta porque se crearan de nuevo esos archivos pero con tu sistema limpio.



Para deshabilitar restaurar sistema en Win XP:

Clic derecho sobre Mi PC, luego clic en propiedades, despues en la ventana que se abre, da clic sobre la pestaña restaurar sistema y das un clic para poner una marca en Desactivar Restaurar Sistema.



Para deshabilitar restaurar sistema en Win Me:

Clic derecho sobre Mi PC, luego clic en propiedades, en la ventana que se abre, ir a la pestaña Rendimiento en la parte inferior de esa pestaña existe un boton que dice Sistema de archivos..., presionar y abrira otra ventana, en la que en la pestaña Solucion de Problemas esta la opcion de desactivar restaurar sistema.



Como mencionan una vez limpio el sistema de virus y adware/spyware hacer el mismo procedimiento pero quitar la marca para activar de nuevo Restaurar Sistema.
