Problema en Windows7 (TERMINADO)

Hola. No es la primera vez que vengo a consultar a este foro, pero por desgracia, perdi en el ultimo formateo los datos del registro, y he tenido que hacerme cuenta nueva.



Las otras veces que consulte, me solucionasteis los problemas y por ello, os quede muy agradecido, vaya eso por delante.





Dicho lo cual, a ver si tengo suerte esta vez como en las anteriores, y podeis arrojar un poquito de luz al problema que me ha surgido.



Resulta que anoche, de un momento a otro ... y sin saber porque, me ha dejado de funcionar correctamente el icono explorador de windows7 que hay anclado en la barra de tareas.



En el, como sabeis ... guarda un registro de las ultimas carpetas y archivos visitados por el usuario ...de los cuales, puedes anclar los que mas uses, para tenerlos fijos en ese menu siempre.



Pues bien, han desaparecido todos. Los que tenia anclados, y los ultimos visitados. Ademas, no me deja anclar ninguna carpeta alli. No se despliega ningun menu de ultimas carpetas usadas.



El unico menu que sale ahora cuando clickas boton derecho al raton es este ...

Realmente no se a que se debe este funcionamiento erroneo, y me gustaria saber si hay alguna forma de repararlo.

El mal funcionamiento de windows puede deberse a la pérdida de algun fichero de sistema, como alguna DLL o a la alteracion de alguno de ellos.



Lo mejor en estos casos es lanzar una restauracion de sistema a un punto anterior al problema, si bien se pierde cualquier instalacion que haya hecho desde entonces, tengalo en cuenta.



Y sino, puede lanzar una REPARACION de sistema, con lo que se sobreescriben los ficheros del mismo y se regeneran los que se hubieran borrado, y lo único que se pierden son los parches que se hubieran instalado (por ejemplo los de esta semana), por lo que tras ello debe lanzarse un windowsupdate.



Tras lo que hiciere, reinicie y cuentenos el resultado, gracias

La restauracion a un punto anterior la intente pero no me fue posible, porque sorpresivamente, me habian desaparecido los puntos de restauracion anteriores. Una cosa rara. No se, es como si hubiese formateado el Pc. No lo entiendo, pero asi es como sucedio.

Ese mismo dia, habia desfragmentado el disco duro, pero eso no creo que tendria nada que ver, digo yo. Otras veces lo hice, y jamas me paso eso.





Sobre lo que comentas de lanzar una reparacion del sistema, intuyo que te refieres a con el disco de windows, utilizar el modo de reparacion de errores o algo asi creo que se llama.



Bien, lo intentare, pero tengo una pregunta. ¿Eso no me borrara configuraciones, archivos y demas informacion que yo tenga en el pc ?



Quiero decir ... lo unico a lo que afectaria seria estrigtamente a tener que actualizar el Windows Update, nada mas? ... o podria afectar a algo mas como configuraciones,perdida de algun driver, progresos en partidas de juegos, archivos , etc ?

exclusivamente sobreescribe los ficheros de sistema por los originales, y crea de nuevo los que se hubieran borrando.

Gracias amigo, ... hice lo que me has dicho ... pero soy algo torpe y creo que me perdi.



Resulta que una vez me detecta la particion deseada ... no veo la opcion [b]Reparar[/b].



Me da las siguientes opciones :

Actualizar .... Eliminar ... Formatear



Cargar controlador .... Extender [/b]






... asi que, no he hecho nada, al no ver la opcion reparar ... y no tener claro si con actualizar, serviria de algo.

Pues quizas en la versión que tienes no lo ofrece ?, Cabe hacerlo de otra forma, pero ante todo, con privilegios de Administrador:



•Vete a Inicio -> Todos los programas -> Accesorios. Pulsa el botón derecho del ratón sobre Símbolo del sistema y selecciona Ejecutar como administrador.



•Si se abre la ventana ¿Desea permitir que este programa realice cambios en el equipo?, pulsa sobre el botón Sí.



•En la ventana de la consola de comandos escribe:

sfc /scannow





•Se iniciará el proceso de comprobación del sistema, que durará algunos minutos.





•Cuando finalice, un mensaje en la última línea te advertirá de su estado y de si se han realizado correcciones.



Luego reinicias y nos cuentas el resultado, gracias

Ya lo hice, y al parecer no ha habido suerte.



Tengo el Win7 Ultimate ver 6.1.7600



Si que ha detectado archivos dañados, pero algunos no ha conseguido reparar.

Detectó errores que no pudo corregir... ???



Veamos si nos aclara algo el contenido de C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.Log



Posteenos el contenido de dicho fichero y lo veremos

Pues es cuestión de reiniciar y ver si tras ello persiste el problema, veremos lo que dicen al respecto con windows7, pues parece que se comporta diferente a lo conocido en anteriores sistemas.



Una pregunta sobre la instalacion de este sistema: lo instalaste tú o te vino instalado ??? y en el primer caso, lo instalaste con el mismo CD que intentaste lanzar una REPARACION de sistema ???

Pues es una lástima, porque si hubiera sido otro, aun tendríamos la posibilidad de que fuera por ello, pero tratandose del mismo, señal que dicha versión no lo contempla ...???



No sé lo que hará con la pestaña "Actualizar"... Entiendo que si se tuviera XP o VISTA se pasaría a W7 ...??? pero si ya se tiene windows7, igual actualiza drivers o instala complementos aparecidos posteriormente, pruebelo, tal como estamos no creo que empeoremos...

No pasa nada. No me quiero arriesgar con esa opcion (Actualizar), sin saber exactamente el alcance que tendra en los cambios o a que repercutira.



Me quedare con ese tonto error, hasta la proxima vez que formatee. Me da rabia porque es algo que no tendria que tener, pero tratando de mirarlo por el lado positivo (si es que se puede calificar asi), no es que sea un error insoportable de sobrellevar en el dia a dia.

Unicamente, que tengo que ir a las carpetas ...en vez de acceder de la manera en que se me presentaba en ese menu contextual.



Dicho esto, quiero agradecer de manera sincera su atencion para con mi problema, mas alla de no poder encontrar el remedio.

Como en pasadas ocasiones, vuestro trato y atencion han sido exquisitos, y estoy muy agradecido por la atencion que me prestaron.



Cualquier otra incidencia que me suceda, vendre por aqui a "incordiar" con mis penurias.
