PANTALLITA DEL NORTON AVISANDO DE VIRUS

EL Norton me detectó el virus DOWNLOAD.TROJAN y me aparece una pantalla pequeña que me avisa de "Alerta de virus Riesgo alto...." Pero resulta que el fichero donde estaba el virus lo borré, he apagado y encendido el ordenado, reiniciado y la pantalla vuelve a salir una y otra vez. No me da opción a cerrarla, sólo a mover la pantalla para quitarla de enmedio. Cuando le doy a Administrador de tareas, tengo que darle a finalizar tareas muchas veces para quitar la pantalla y aun así cuando vuelvo a encender el ordenador me sigue apareciendo. Por qué me sigue saliendo si el fichero donde estaba el virus lo borré y la pantalla insiste en el virus de ese mismo fichero.

Prueba pasando tu antivirus arrancando en modo seguro y desactivando la restauracion del sistema de usar XP ó ME.



Comprueba tambien via windows update que no te falten actualizaciones.

Es posible que tras eliminar el virus procediendo como le indica Maura63, que es la manera correcta de eliminarlo, pero al reiniciar le vuelva a aoarecer, y es porque actualmente muchos Downloaders de troyanos se generan a través de aplicaciones instaladas en el equipo (no voluntariamente) y que regeneran el bicho.



En tal caso, indiquenos el nombre del fichero detectado como DOWNLOADER TROJAN, y si es el caso, migrelo a una carpeta en lugar de borrarlo, y nos lo podrá enviar para analizarlo y ofrecerle soluciones, como ya le indicaremos si resulta que se le reproduce.



Y si no, habrña tenido la suerte de pillar uno facil...

El fichero estaba en c:\windows\system32\req.dll.

Pero el fichero ya lo borré y me sigue apareciendo este mismo fichero como infectado.

Ya le indiqué que el virus lo eliminaría, con cualquier antivirus, pero que era posible que se reprodujera.



La solucion está en eliminar los ficheros en su proceso de creacion, y ello está resuelto en un Tema de Internet:
